JOB OFFER: Live-in Nanny

CHILDREN: girl 5 years old, boy 7 years old

LOCATION: ROMANIA, Pitești (1h drive from Bucharest, by train or by car)

PACKAGE: 
● Salary 1,400 euro net/month 
● Live-in – family will provide for a nanny a bedroom with a bathroom within family house but on a separate floor from a family.

WORKING HOURS: 5-6 days/week, 6-10h/day (Saturdays occasionally). A regular day during the school time will be 13:00-21:00, during the school holiday working hours would start around 7:30-8:00, Nanny will finish her duty earlier (once in a while babysitting would be required). Day off will be a week day.

START DATE: ASAP/flexible

JOB DESCRIPTION: Romanian family of 4, based in the city of Pitesti (1h drive from a capital - Bucharest), is looking for a positive person to look after their 2 children age 5 and 7. Ideal Nanny would be fun and playful, person who enjoys spending time with kids creatively. A Native English speaker essential. The family is looking for someone who will provide a friendly learning environment (teaching language, art, organizing activities), introduce good manners and etiquette. Nanny must be an energetic person, with friendly but calm and professional approach. Long-term commitment (min 1 year). Team player essential – family employs housekeeper.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
● Providing care and educational development for children: teaching English (reading/writing), good manners; providing a positive learning environment; planning and organizing stimulating age appropriate activities (arts&crafts, music, sports);
● Children related duties: meeting physical needs of children (including dressing, bathing, serving meals); occasional babysitting; keeping children’ area clean and tidy, children’ laundry and ironing;

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: 

Calm and experienced (2-5 years) Nanny with professional approach. English native speaker, preferably with teaching background (not essential). Happy to spend time with children both outdoors and indoors (arranging exciting and creative age-appropriate activities with kids). Family would prefer non-smoking candidate.
