Looking for a nanny for our 6 months old baby boy

We are looking for a nanny to take care of our baby, during our working hours (10-18). We want you to make sure our baby is safe at any moment you are spending together. You will be supporting his development, practicing with him his new skills, entertaining him, bringing him for breastfeeding, feeding him solid foods, going for walks, and making sure he’s getting the regular and appropriate amount of sleep during the day.

What would we like you to have:
- fluent in Polish or English,
- at least 1 year of experience as a nanny,
- own children,
- 3 reference contacts we can speak with,
- knowledge about baby development phases and what is expected at a particular month
- CPR knowledge (first aid), best if proven with certificate

What we don't expect from you:
- to clean our apartment
- to cook for the baby

What we wouldn't like you to do:
- watch TV when the baby is present
- use a phone when the baby is present (answering the phone or sending a few texts is ok, scrolling Instagram or other social media isn't)
- bring any people to our apartment
- smoke in a presence of a baby, and generally in our apartment

About our baby:
He is Polish-Lithuanian. We typically speak English at home, he also speaks Polish with his relatives on his mother's side, and Lithuanian with his relatives on his father's side. He is a very joyful baby, he stays happy and smiling throughout most of the day. People find him easy to handle and are happy to spend time with him.
