Looking for an English Speaking Nanny for a 1 year old boy

Our family of 3 are looking for a nanny to take care of our 1 year old son in Ochota, Szczęśliwice Park area. We would love to hear from you if:

- You have previous experience with babies: basic care plus if you know how to navigate baby’s developmental stages, sleep regressions, changes of moods, sudden changes in their habits etc.
- If you have a formal education in this field, even better!
- Speak English enough to communicate with us, the parents, although we are happy that you speak to our son in Polish – he has to start learning
- Have previous references that we can contact
- Have the ability to be really present with the baby and build a safe relationship with him; have the confidence in your own actions, not be shy to ask us for clarifications, open to diverse cultures and people and, of course, lots of enthusiasm for babies!

We want to start with 2-3 times per week (on workdays), about 4 hours per day each time. If it works well, we would definitely consider introducing some later evenings and additional days.
